Derrumbes Zacatecas is made with agave Tequilana Weber, which is also commonly known as blue or Azul agave. This mezcal is pit-roasted, tahona milled and traditionally fermented and distilled. This is a delicious mezcal very smokey.

Nose: Smoky and spicy aroma.

Palate: A hint of citrus zest behind loads of green, vegetal agave notes, alongside lots of peppery spice and smoky grass.

Finish: A refreshing touch of menthol on the finish.
