Iwai Mars Japanese Whiskey is a blended whisky, comprised of both single malts, grains, and blended whiskies. The whisky is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and ex-wine casks, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.

Nose: Sherried notes, peat, and malt on the nose.

Palate: The palate is peppery with flavors of ripe cherry, honey, and toffee with beautiful ginger spice.

Finish: The finish is long, crispy, and rounded.

Earned a score of 92 points from the Beverage Testing Institute (2016) and the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
